• Rental and verification information: when you reserve, we and our reservation provider may collect your address, date of birth, driver's license details, insurance details and payment information so we can verify and approve your rental.
• Communication records: calls, text messages and emails between you and our team, including your messaging consent choices and opt-outs.
• Website usage information: pages visited, links clicked, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and the website or ad that referred you. We collect this with cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To answer your inquiry, send quotes, and schedule and confirm appointments.
• To verify eligibility, process reservations and payments, and manage your rental.
• To send the text messages and emails you agreed to receive (see "Text messaging" below).

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send the messages you agreed to: for example, replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders, reservation updates and customer care messages. If you opt in separately to marketing messages, we also use it for offers and vehicle availability. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting from us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers that work on our behalf and are allowed to use the information only to provide their services to us, such as our CRM and messaging platform, our online reservation system, payment processors, website hosting and analytics.
• Insurance and verification partners, when needed to verify a rental or handle a claim.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, court order or government request, or to protect our rights, our vehicles, our customers or the public.
• Business transfers: if our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

The text messaging section above applies to all sharing: mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Our services are for adults who meet our rental requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
